Vendor Access

  • Vendors and contractors must sign in with security upon arrival. Security will provide vendor and contractors with a temporary building badge which must be worn at all times while working in the Chiquita Center. The Security Console is located in the lobby of the building.

 

  • If a vendor or a service contractor should need access to the building after hours that work must be approved by the Management Office at least 48 hours prior. To get approval, please fill out an After-Hours Access form available in the Management Office.

 

  • Vendors who provide supplies and service to specific tenants may need additional clearance to access their space. Please coordinate this with your contact directly.
